A number of new terms, which is actually the difference between the various discs?
Ultimate discs are most suitable for throwing from hand to hand. We call them the sports discs.
Freestyle discs have a smooth surface for maximum slip at brushing and spinning.
Recreational discs are lightweight, soft, small and therefore suitable for throwing from hand to hand, especially for children.
DiscGolf discs are not suitable for throwing from hand to hand (they are hard), but for targeted throws to the Discgolf basket (a game called Disc Golf).
DogFrisbee/ Canine discs you can throw to your dog, they are durable and will last adequate pressure.

I chose discs in your e-shop, how can I pay and how the goods will be delivered?
Discs are sent through The Slovak post.
Payment method you choose during making orders online, either a bank (wire) transfer payment in advance, or PayPal (goods will be sent promptly upon receipt of your payment information).

Payment by bank transfer:
If you choose this option, so after you submit your order you will receive an e-mail, which contains complete information about your order and also our banking details upon which you can make payment by bank transfer.

Please, enter the number of your order as a Variable code in the payment order.

After the payment is credited to our account, we will send the goods, it may take about 2-3 days.

Payment via PayPal:
With this option, you will be redirected after submitting the order to the PayPal web site where you can make a payment online.
At the same time you will receive an e-mail, which contains complete information about your order and payment method.
After making the PayPal payment both (buyer and seller) will be informed by an e-mail about the payment transaction and it will allow us to ship the goods to the customer immediately.
It's faster than the payment by bank transfer.

How long does delivery take?
Goods is shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible from the processing of your order.

Usually within two to three days. Delivery takes about 3-7 days, depends on your country destination.
We use 1st class parcel services of The Slovak post.
 

Do you ship goods outside E.U.?
By agreement, we are ready to deliver goods outside of the EU.
 

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost for your order depends on two elements:
the total value of your order and delivery address.

Delivery & shipping - Slovak rep.:

- Delivery time 2-3 days

- Total purchase value to 50,-EUR - shipping charge 3,-EUR (delivery by Zasielkovna, or Slovak post)
- Total purchase value to 50,-EUR - shipping charge 5,-EUR (delivery by SPS courier)
- Total purchase value over 50,-EUR - shipping free of charge (0,-EUR) (delivery by Slovak post or courier)

Delivery & shipping - Czech rep. and EU countries:

- Delivery time 3-7* days

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 3,-EUR (service pick-up "Delivery Points" only in SVK, CZE, HUN-Csomagküldő, POL-Przesyłkownia and ROM-Coletăria).

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 6,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 1: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Romania, Slovenia).

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 8,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 2: Estonia, Finland, Greece, the Netherlands, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy).

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 10,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 3: Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden).

We use parcel services of The Slovak Post, PACKETA or InTime courier.
