Ordering:
You can order goods and buy on-line. If you do not want to buy on-line, we are prepared to accept your orders by post, fax or e-mail.

Export:
In our online store we are ready to process the orders of customers from all EU member countries. For delivery outside EU only by mutual agreement, pls, contact us by e-mail before ordering.
We welcome cooperation with other retailers.

Stocks:
We try to have all the goods in stock, but sometimes some item can be sold out. In that case we will inform you about the nearest delivery date.

Prices, VAT & Duties:
Prices in the retail section are for end users and are shown in the EUR currency including 20% Tax, excluding postage, which is applied according to the table below.
Please remember that when ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local customs offices. We have no control over the application or level of duties and taxes that may be charged for the import of your goods.

Delivery Pick-up Points

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 3,-EUR (service pick-up "Delivery Points" only in SVK, CZE, HUN-Csomagküldő, POL-Przesyłkownia and ROM-Coletăria).

Home Delivery

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 6,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 1: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia). Delivery usually within 3-5 days.

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 8,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 2: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal). Delivery usually within 3-5 days.

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 10,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 3: Luxembourg, Spain). Delivery usually within 3-5 days.

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 14,-EUR (courier "Home Delivery" for EU countries Zone 4: Finland, Sweden. Delivery usually within 5-7 days.

Postal Delivery

- Total purchase value to 100,-EUR - shipping charge 8,- EUR ("postal service" for these EU countries: Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden). Delivery within 7-30 days. A bit longer because it is classic postal service.

Delivery free of charge

- Total purchase value over 100,-EUR - shipping free of charge (0,-EUR) (delivery by Slovak post, 1st class or courier)

*COVID-19 caused the cancellation of thousands of flights, which significantly disrupted the continuity of supply of goods.

Commercial flights are also traditionally used to transport goods.

At the moment, however, most of them are canceled, which causes a lack of capacity to transport goods.
Currently, even the largest shipping giants do not guarantee a delivery date, their estimate is usually between 5 and 10 days,

and such shipping can actually take up to 20-30 days.

We will ask for your patience if your order is also delivered with a delay.

Delivery & shipping - outside EU:

Payment:

All customers may pay by bank transfer in advance, or via PayPal online.

Cash on delivery only for Slovak republic.

Payment by bank transfer:
If you choose this option, so after you submit your order you receive within a few days our PDF Invoice by email, which contains complete information about your order and also our banking details and then you can make payment by bank transfer. Please, enter the number of your order as a Variable code in the payment order. After the payment is credited to our account, it could take some time (2-3 days), then the goods will be shipped.

Payment via PayPal:
With this option, you will be redirected after submitting the order to the PayPal web site where you can make a payment online. At the same time you will receive an e-mail, which contains complete information about your order and payment method. After making the PayPal payment both (buyer and seller) will be informed by an e-mail about the payment transaction and it will allow us to ship the goods to the customer immediately. It's faster than the Payment by bank transfer.

Complaints:
We give two years´ guarantee.
Nobody is perfect, so it can happen that there will be a hidden defect and in that case we will change the disc or we will refund you the money.
We do not accept the complaints that were caused by the uncorrect using.

Protection and processing of personal data (GDPR):
The Seller is fully governed by Act No. 428/2002 Z.z. on the protection of personal data in information systems.

We are also governed by European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Our company respects your privacy.

In order to offer you valuable services, however, we need to know some of your personal data.
Therefore, in order to order and deliver the goods, it is essential that the customer provide his / her personal information to the seller,

such as his / her name, surname, address, telephone and e-mail.
We protect this data from misuse and warrant that we will use it only as part of our mutual fulfillment of your orders

and we will never provide to third party your contact information and your purchase information.

Our Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from a security guarantee in case of a server attack by an unknown offender (hecker).
